BSB The Association of Documentary Filmmakers in Turkey
BSB The Association of Documentary Filmmakers in Turkey entered the organization process with the National Conference held in March 1997. BSB, which started and operates as a “civil platform”, now continues its existence with the status of a ‘Professional Association’ approved by the Ministry of Culture, with new responsibilities.

BSB, believes in the importance of civil culture in helping societies better design their future and filling gaps in social memory.
Who We Are
BSB continues its activities on the basis of “active participation and active membership” with a wide range of members and volunteers ranging from university lecturers to documentary filmmakers of TRT and private television channels, from company owners to freelancers in the market and students of related faculties.
